Returns and Shipping policy


After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Subsequently, the product(s) will be sent. Please note that during Covid-19 the orders may take longer than normal.

Shipping time

Usually the delivery time of the product shipped within Belgium is 3 to 4 working days after production. For orders outside of Belgium different delivery times apply. These differ per country.

It is not possible to pick up your order.


Payment can be made with ideal or bancontact. The order will be shipped as soon as payment has been received. There is no possibility to pay after delivery. All payments must be made prior to delivery of the products.


Shipping costs are included in the price within Belgium. For parcels to other countries within the EU this is €5,50.

Address data

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. The customer has to check these data for correctness. If an address turns out to be incorrect, this is the customer’s responsibility. Any additional shipping costs for retrieving the parcel or losing the parcel, will be recovered from the customer.


You are entitled to the right of withdrawal up to and including 14 days after the date of receipt. If you want to return an item, please register the return first via email Items that do not meet the quality requirements (torn and/or defective by the customer) cannot be returned. Costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made within 5 days after receipt of the goods.

When products arrive damaged, you must report this immediately and a full refund will follow for the damaged products or a new one will be sent.
